About Soccer HQ

Why Soccer HQ Exists

Soccer HQ was built from a simple belief: a child’s first experiences with the game matter.

We created Soccer HQ to be a positive, structured, confidence-first introduction to soccer. A place where kids can grow at their own pace, build real skills, and fall in love with the game in a safe and supportive environment.

We respect the club system. We don’t compete with it. We complement it. Soccer HQ exists to give kids the foundation they need to thrive — wherever they play next.

Our Approach

We use soccer as a tool to develop:

Confidence
Helping kids experience small wins that build belief.

Coordination
Strengthening balance, movement, and motor skills through play.

Creativity
Encouraging problem-solving and freedom on the ball.

Community
Teaching teamwork, empathy, and respect.

Every session is thoughtfully designed around how kids grow best — blending proven coaching with a whole lot of fun.

Meet The Soccer HQ Team

Soccer HQ is led by a team of parents, educators, and experienced coaches who understand firsthand what families are looking for — a structured, positive place where kids can grow.

Justin Phelps

Founder, Soccer HQ

Justin is a soccer parent and entrepreneur who founded Soccer HQ to give kids a better introduction to the game. Inspired by his own children’s early experiences, he set out to create a structured, confidence-first environment that supports both development and joy. His goal is simple: help kids build skills, belief, and a lifelong love for soccer.
