Soccer HQ Program Pathway

A clear, progressive path for every age and skill level. Our classes are grouped into three tracks:

Introductory Track (Ages 2–4)

For little feet taking big steps.

Mini Movers (2–3) – Big smiles. First kicks.
A joyful, parent-participation class designed to build trust, motor skills, and confidence through movement and play.

Developmental Focus:

Gross motor exploration (running, jumping, balance)
Parallel play and turn-taking
Early bonding through guided activities

Little Legends (3–4) – Imagination meets soccer.
An independent class full of creative games that teach listening, following directions, and moving with the ball in fun, engaging ways.

Developmental Focus:

Coordination, foot-eye connection
Rule-following and cooperation
Engaging imagination through soccer play

Foundations Track (Ages 5–10)

From learning the basics to leading on the field.

Rising Stars (5–7 | Intermediate) – Where fundamentals take flight.

A fun, structured class for kids learning to dribble, pass, and play as a team through small-sided games.

Developmental Focus:

Foundational ball handling and body control
Spatial awareness and teamwork
Confidence through repetition and success

Rising Stars Plus (5–7 | Advanced) – More challenge. More confidence.

For players ready to sharpen skills and think a step ahead. Focuses on 1v1 situations, advanced moves, and early tactical ideas.

Developmental Focus:

Technical refinement and decision-making
Early leadership and communication
Strategic thinking in small-game play

Playmakers (8–10 | Intermediate) – Creativity. Confidence. Control.

A confidence-building class that reinforces fundamentals while introducing teamwork, pressure play, and training tools from Voon Sports.

Developmental Focus:

Physical literacy and agility
Functional technique under pressure
Team roles and peer relationships

Playmakers Plus (8–10 | Advanced) – Think fast. Play smart. Lead the game.

Designed for players with strong skills looking to elevate their game. Uses real-time feedback with cutting-edge technology from Voon Sports.

Developmental Focus:

Game awareness and quick thinking
Advanced footwork and positioning
High-speed decisions in tight spaces

Next Level Track (Ages 11–13)

Where passion meets precision. For players looking to sharpen their edge in club play

Next Level (Intermediate) – Sharpen your skills. Understand the game.

A high-rep, high-feedback environment for club-level players who want to refine their fundamentals, build confidence, and master team play concepts.

Developmental Focus:

Consistency in first touch, passing, and movement
Tactical structure and decision-making
Confidence through challenge and support

Next Level Elite (Advanced) – Compete. Lead. Level up.

An elite training experience for serious players. Combines advanced tactical scenarios, Voon Sports cutting-edge training technology, and individualized coaching for technical and mental growth.

Execution in tight spaces
Emotional resilience and leadership under pressure
